Large Gourmet French Macarons (3")
Macarons are French sandwich cookies made from meringue, almond flour and sugar. They are adorned with a variety of fillings such as, French buttercream, chocolate ganache, jams, fruit compote, and curds.
Our large macarons contain two approximately 3” cookies sandwiching a generous amount of filling and adorned with flavor appropriate toppings.
Flavors:
Lemon Blueberry: Enjoy a lemon macaron shell filled with French buttercream and blueberry jam and topped with a mini macaron.
Strawberries & Cream: Strawberry shells filled with French buttercream and topped with freeze-dried strawberry bits.
Chocolate Hazelnut Praline: Chocolate Shells filled with Nutella mousse and hazelnut praline. Topped with a ferraro rocher chocolate candy.
